Bfly Billiard apparel is made worldwide and custom printed in the USA. We provide a range of apparel for men, women, and youth, in multiple colors.

How does our apparel products fit? 

If unfamiliar with our products, or if it's been a while since your last order, measure a t-shirt/hoodie you own (flat) and compare to our size chart for best fit.

Each product page has a size chart for reference. 

To keep your Bfly Billiard apparel looking and fitting its best, we recommend the following:

  • Turn the garment inside out
  • Machine wash in cold water with like colors using a mild detergent
  • Hang or lay items flat to dry to avoid shrinking

USA Orders:

USA Orders: All items are printed in and shipped from one of several locations in either North Carolina, California, Washington or Wisconsin. We use USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL depending. On average, most orders should arrive within 5-8 days which includes production.

You will also receive notification and tracking information via email when your order has shipped.

International Orders: 
Shipping Calculated at Checkout

Order Processing: 
The average fulfillment time for international orders ranges between 21-30 total days.

Notification and tracking information will be provided upon shipping of your order.

Our worldwide shipping is very slow but dependable.

International Taxes & Duties:
Depending on where you live in the world your order from Bfly Billiards may be subject to taxes/fees imposed by local agencies. Please note that these added fees are not included in the shipping cost paid at checkout. We have no control over any country's import taxes or customs laws. Customs charges are typically assessed by the weight, value, and amount of product within one order. We are unable to mark orders as a gift to circumvent customs fees.

If the package's customs charges are not paid for, the order will likely be returned to us. We are unable to issue refunds for customs fees, shipping costs or the cost of the order should the fee not be paid. You can find more information about your country's customs laws by contacting your local postal service or Customs Department.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept most major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Please note, we can only accept one form of payment for each order.

We use industry-standard SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption for all credit card information. Feel free to click on the security icons during the checkout process to verify that your information is safe.

ORDER TRACKING

At Bfly Billiards, our items are printed to order (not printed in advance).

Total time before it arrives is 5 - 8 days from purchase. The majority of our orders ship within 48 - 72 hours, but it can take up to 5 business days to print before shipping. Please be aware that orders placed after 5:00 P.M. PST will be processed the next business day. 

We strive to get orders to our customers as quickly as possible. If your order is now past its 8th business day and is still processing, or if you have questions about your shipment status, please get in touch with us.

If you haven't been able to find your order confirmation in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder!

If you have checked your spam folder and are still not seeing a confirmation, please contact us as something may have gone wrong.

In order to help you efficiently, please include the following information: Your name, email address, and payment method (PayPal, credit card, Amazon, etc.)

With the use of multiple shipping facilities, we speed up the shipping process, leading to your items being dispatched in multiple packages for efficient delivery. Monitor the number of shipments for each order on the Order Status page.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & ERRORS

Upon placing the order, there is a 12 hour grace period before it enters production.

If you need to change any details or cancel your order, please let us know as quickly as possible.

Once we begin the production process, it's not possible to make changes or cancel.

Due to the custom printing and limited edition nature of our products, all sales are final.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact customer service within 14 days from date of delivery.

PRIOR TO PURCHASE:

- Verify Product Size
- Verify Color

Consult the size chart (available on all product pages for convenience) before purchasing to ensure that your item will fit correctly.

In the event that changes are necessary after your order is placed, you have a 12-hour window to reach out to customer service for adjustments.

Our team is dedicated to working with you to resolve any issues or concerns with your order.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact customer service within 14 days from date of delivery.

Please include photos of the item as well as your preference for a replacement or exchange.

Items will only be eligible for a replacement if they fall into one of the following categories: defective shirt, poor-quality print, incorrect item, damaged in transit.
